Rates
If your provider is out-of-network for your insurance, the following are our private pay rates:
Individual session: $185
Couples session: $200
Group session: $50
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and HSA/ FSA forms of payment.
Health Insurance
All providers at Monarch Counseling Associates are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO. Select therapists are in-network with Aetna, United Healthcare and Medicare. Contact us for more information.
If your insurance is out-of-network for your therapist, you may contact your insurance to learn if you have out-of-network benefits. If requested we can provide you with a “Superbill Receipt” that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
We suggest you contact your insurance prior to your first therapy session to verify your insurance benefits.
Helpful questions to ask your insurance before your 1st session:
What are my “behavioral health benefits”?
How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
Do I have a deductible, co-insurance, or co-pay?
If so, what is the amount?Is pre-authorization required before I begin therapy?
If yes, how do I obtain it?
